I do eat very healthy but I am going on a trip and want to lose a few pounds. I let the yummy foods around the Holidays get the best of me and gained 5 pounds. I’d like to lose a total of 10 pounds. Well, if Rachel Ray can do it, why can’t I. Has anyone tried the acai berry diet pills? Did any of the products work better than others. I noticed that the juice is VERY expensive, does the juice help you lose weight or any of the juice like powders?

I’ve heard or read somewhere in the internet that Acai Berry diet pills can help you lost weight. I just wonder if this is true? Anyone here have taken this before? Do you think its work without side affect? Can you please share you experience. Thanks. If I work I would like to try it..I need to lose 4 pounds.

Just wondering if it really works, ya know all those adds that say they lost all that weight with acai berry and colon cleanse. I was told that the company was a scam and I believe that i just want to know if the berry works so that i can get it at the vitamin supplement store.
