I just wanted to know if its necessary to take a colon cleanser with the acai berry supplements.
I know what a colon cleanser does and I can not risk constantly using the restroom with my vigorous schedule.
I will begin proper dieting and exercising as well but i wanted to know if anyone had results with just the acai berry alone.
and is the acai berry power 500 the best?
which is the best form? pill? or liquid?
