Tastes good, healthy, not sure about energy benefits
I bought 2 cases of this and have finished both of them. Taste is very good and I enjoyed having one in the morning and another in the afternoon.

New Item, not really. Big price increase though…
Amazon used to sell the same product in box form for $21. They stopped selling and reintroduced in this current form but also sneaked in a $4 price increase…
