It sounds like you are eating healthy and working out the right way.
The word that really stuck out to me in your question was supplement. The pills that you are taking are just that, so they add to what you are already doing.
Someone that sits on the couch, and eats McDonald&#039;s all day is going to feel and see a difference faster than someone who is living a healthier lifestyle.
I would just keep doing what you&#039;re doing... maybe put in a little more time or work out a little harder. I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll reach your goal.</description>
