Have Anybody Tried The Acai Berry Diet? Did It Work For You?

I’ve just started the acai berry diet today and i wanted to know if i should continue. Have you tried it? If so, how was the first couple of weeks for you, and overall on your diet how much did you lose?

As pointed out in the Wikipedia article referenced above and elsewhere on the internet, there is no verifiable proof that the acai diet has any special powers. If you lose weight, it will be because you’re restricting your caloric intake.
If you want to lose weight, eat proper portions of healthy foods and exercise. Keep less-healthy foods to a minimum. Cut out out junk foods and soft drinks, substituting healthier options and lots of water.
As for how much you can lose, a healthy rate of weight loss is one to two pounds a week.

The deal with the Acai berry and the reason you don’t find the berry in stores is because of the lifespan of the berry. The acai berry is located in the amazon and has a 24 hour life span. there is no way to get the berry to america without preserving it.
There are 2 ways to preserve the acai berry.
1.) extract where they take the nurtrition out of the fruit and ship it over to america. The problem with this is when you extract the nutrition all you are doing is dehydrating the fruit. there is no preservation done and you only maintain about 5% of the nutritional value
2.) Freeze drying. The only way to preserver the nutritional value is by freeze drying the fruit. It locks the nutrients into place and keeps about 95% of the original nutritional value.
ALL FREE TRIALS are extracts and not freeze dried…. Don’t waste your time with extracts buy DRY FREEZE!
I spoke to my friends at the gym recently and they took Acai Liquid Concentrate which is one of the best due to acais are best froze and when liquified nothing bad can happened from that point.
He told me that if you just stay on a healthy deit and excersize normally as you would(3 times a week in the gym or run outside in the morning) you should feel great and have some weight lost.
What Acai mainly does is give you all the acids and vitamins/minerals you need to be able to stay healthy. When you take acai you feel like you are already stronger because it gives a lot of energy which can help you exercise longer for a better finish.

Yes it does. But note: there is no such thing as a “free” trial. Those are ALL frauds and scams…they will charge you twice the amount monthly…they have no contact number to cancel so you will keep getting charged. Buy from the real seller. I dont need to lose any weight but I am on it because it is also a good vitamin…rich in antioxidents which will help your vision, skin and speed up your metabolism.
