Has Anyone Tried Any Of The Acai Berry Products Out There?

I do eat very healthy but I am going on a trip and want to lose a few pounds. I let the yummy foods around the Holidays get the best of me and gained 5 pounds. I’d like to lose a total of 10 pounds. Well, if Rachel Ray can do it, why can’t I. Has anyone tried the acai berry diet pills? Did any of the products work better than others. I noticed that the juice is VERY expensive, does the juice help you lose weight or any of the juice like powders?

Acai berry products don’t help you lose weight. Not even an ounce. Seriously.
I enjoyed Acai for awhile long before the weight loss industry touted it as a miracle drug. It does give you a sort of subtle energy boost. To put it in perspective: I’d use it as a hangover remedy, but not an all night-study tool. As for the fullness factor, I couldn’t say because I was drinking a ton of water to subdue my hunger at the time.
I wouldn’t bother with the pills, but if you can get your hands on some of the juice, it’s pretty tasty and can give you a bit of an extra spring in your step. It’s still going to take a lot of effort on your part to lose weight, but if you take it in as just another healthy food instead of a supplement, Acai can be a good addition to your nutrition.
I’d only take acai juice if it was really potent with vitamins cause honestly it tastes like cherries and more expensive.
They do work, would you believe it.
In fact, I started out using a free trial which I’ll give to you below. Anyway, you can’t expect any diet to just work perfectly without any exercise. But Acai did boost me along with my exercise.
Now all you want to lose is 10 lbs, which does seem like a lot, but Acai really helps out.
It has lots of antioxidants and in general gives you lots more energy from day to day. This will help you get motivated to do just a little exercise. You should lose that 10 lbs easily within a month with exercise once or twice a week and the acai berry products.
Acai berry diet supplements are the most powerful and effective way to lose weight fast and they are all natural.
Acai is the best slimming product. It was endorsed by Oprah and Rachel Ray for one very simple reason. It Works!
Here’s a list of how Acai Berry can help your body.

Lower cholesterol

Acai berries have some very valuable weight loss and general wellness qualities.
Yes, I’ve tried both – I started off with the juice and then swapped over to the supplement. I think the supplement is better because it’s in a more concentrated form. With the juice, it’s mixed in with other things to make it tasty, so it’s not as concentrated.
I have much more energy nowadays and can be bothered to go out to exercise. So, I’m pretty happy with the whole thing. If you are interested, email me and I’ll let you know where I got mine from.
I have heard some bad things about people trying the acai berry products on-line. They are ripping people off and charging their credit cards each month after they have been told to cancel during the “free trial period”. They have been reported to the BBB numerous times. I don’t know personally know anything about the product itsself, but have heard it’s a hugh waste of money. Just beware if you order on-line. Lots of unhappy people who can’t get their money back despite money back guarantee and canceling future orders.
I absolutely love Acai berry products. The juices can be a little on the expensive side, but they can be mixed into a smoothie with fresh fruit and sherbet to last longer. I like that the Acai berry curbs my hunger. I have noticed that my skin has cleared up, and I have more energy after I drink the Acai berry juice.
I use it at least 2 – 3 times a week.
Hi, I have taken the juice for about 6 months. I use a acai blend that I love. I don’ take it for weight loss I take it for better health. I have lost some weight but the health benefits are Assam. It all depends on what is more important to you.. Just make sure that the product is organic and contains the pulp of the plant “that is where the most beneficial parts are”.
Good Luck!

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
