Do Acai Berry Supplements And Total Cleanse Really Work?
I have been taking the acai berry supplements and haven’t lost any weight at all. I also started a full body cleansing herbal supplement to lose the extra pounds so I was wondering how this is all going to end up and how much I am expected to lose? has anyone been on this diet or has anyone heard any personal stories behind it’s mysterious wonders? please share!

Please know you cannot expect just a pill supplement to do all the work. Yes they do cleanse your body because of the natural occuring foods and nutrients they put in it, but your better off eating the real whole food of berries, fruits, vitamins they put in it. The whole point of it is to help rid your body of toxins and waste that build up in your body and colon track trough means of urine, bowel movements, sweat, etc.. While at the same time allowing your body to heal itself making your body more efficient to burn off fat and digest your food fully, thus giving you more energy and matabolism to stay active and burn off the unescessary fat. But if your diet is full of junk your body doesn’t need, their is really no point in using it because your not making it any easier on your body so you won’t see it helping. Your #1 goal should be to eat your way to good health. By feeding your body the clean foods and fuel it needs it has no reason to store fat. By incorporating the supplement along with it you should defidently notice a difference. Excercise is good but please keep in mind that you can just lose weight through diet without excercise. Hope everything goes well and take care!…..

If you are taking powdered acai, especially tablet or capsule form, you are really wasting money. The juice is the only thing shown to work at all, and it isn’t really that great. Does a little something IF.. and this is the big thing… you get the highest concentration and quality juices. 99% of what is out there is watered down and low quality fruit or mixed with water and grape juice, etc. The colon cleanse is a ripoff. It will make you lose 5 lbs quickly and you get it right back. It is just water and fecal matter coming out… which as soon as you stop taking the product comes right back unless you eat right.
There is a brand new product hitting the market in two weeks that is ten times more powerful than acai and is going to make the whole acai ‘fad’ seem silly. And I mean this stuff really works big time, and I don’t say that lightly cuz you can see my other answers and I always say “can’t and won’t work”. You can contact me if you like (I don’t want to put any kind of promotional thing in my answer) and I will NOT put you on any kind of list or anything, just tell you when it will hit the market and what to look for. This is going to turn the weight loss industry on its head, guaranteed. If I were you, I would hold off buying anything else until June and give the new stuff a try. You will be happy with it almost for sure… well unless you want to eat cake and bacon all day and think you’ll lose weight but I have a feeling you are trying to eat right.

yes, they really do work. Although i’d suggest sticking to just one program at a time.
You must also realize that though they burn fat from your body, you wont see any difference if you take in at the same rate !
If fat intake = fat burnt , weight lost = none !
SO keep taking those acai berries, and star reducing the intake and you ll see the results.

Sorry to hear that you’ve had no luck. I find the great brazilian acai berry fruit and pill as an effective aid for my weight loss journey. I’ve used acai berry for over 3 months with tremendous success! I’ve lost a whopping 37 lb’s in that time, which far exceeds my goals. However, a pill isn’t magic, it does require balanced diet and regular exercise!

Yes, you can lose weight using the acai berry diet but in order to do so you need to pair the use of acai berries with regular exercise.

Not really sure what I would recommend to you specifically. There are so many products out there so what I end up doing is starting with the less expensive and trying out a few different trials and seeing the results.I would check out the site at http://www.acia-review.com/ visit and see if it interests you, I did.

Both of those pills definitely can help. The acai has great antioxidant properties as well. Of course, they both can help you with the libido affect as well. Whatever works, right?

I have been dealing with abdominal weight gain. I was so excited a few summers ago when I had finally dropped the maternity weight after having my son. I was once again able to fit into a size 6 pair of flattering jeans! However I was having breathing problems and the doctor placed me on steroids. I can not believe how fast I gained back all the weight and then some while on those evil pills.
So now, I have a job interview tomorrow and went clothes shopping. I wanted to just cry looking at myself in that mirror! I seriously appear pregnant, I mean my legs and arms are not *fat* but I have a gut that would rival Santa!
So today I decided to try some things to help me since I KNOW most of the weight is my female stress belly. I Got Relicore, which was what I used last time to fit into the size 6 jeans. In addition this time I picked up some 14day acai berry cleanse. I have IBS and figure it can’t hurt to try.
I have only just started today so can not report anything yet, but I will be sure to return and update as we near our Disney vacation trip in August.
It is so hard to get rid of that one trouble spot, I hate it so much and looking at it disgusts me. I was always 112 – 1120 lbs now… Well I am weraing between a size 12 and 14 *sigh*

be careful with that acia berry–my mom took it and yes she lost weight but they fail to tell you hat it is bad for your liver–she was hospitalized for 3 days–looked like she was dying because that acia fresh she was taking made her liver enzymes rise to dangerous levels— it is not fda approved according to her doctor and also a word of warning form her doctor–nothing is actually natural because they are made in a chemical factory! be careful. my mom will be filing a lawsuit against this company soon
